Fraser Dalgleish
Owner & Operator
After having obtained a carpentry and engineering degree in Edinburgh, Scotland, Fraser got his start as the main builder of a luxury yacht in Bangkok.
He was soon after headhunted by Bay Residence, Koh Phangan’s largest development company, where he helped construct over 15 villas during his time there. After 6 years, Fraser broke off to start his own property development company called Sand & Stone.
Since then, Fraser has been directly involved in the construction of nearly 40 villas. His in-depth knowledge of the Thai construction laws (especially those specific to the islands) has been the backbone of his reputation, while his charisma and personable demeanor are what makes him one of the island's most sought-after developers.
Aaz Lewis
Designer
Aaz is an experienced designer and architectural model maker with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
With a Degree in Design and Innovation from the Open University, Aaz has a strong foundation in the principles of design and an eye for detail. For the past 12 years, Aaz has worked as a model maker at ATOM Model Makers, where he has honed his skills in creating accurate and visually appealing architectural models.
In addition to model making, Aaz is also well-versed in 3D design and virtual reality, having worked on a variety of projects in these areas.
His expertise in marketing further complements his design skills, making Aaz a versatile and valuable member of our design team.
